The court has delivered a last RuneScape gold judgment on the case, stating:"Even generously construing Elansari's complaint to raise a promise of public accommodation discrimination and assuming that Elansari can deliver this kind of claim in this context, at no point in the District Court or on appeal has Elansari alleged losing access to Jagex's online game because of discrimination based on all the grounds protected by Title II."

Jagex mutes individuals for violating Runescape's official Terms and Conditions, so it'd be doubtful that Elansari was dealt with in a way distinct from muting cases. Also worth noting, it appears that Elansari has also tried suits including one at dating app Tinder led. With this case though, it looks like the law ended any odds of Elansari's claims and has spoken. I guess Elansari will be a quiet warrior for the near future.
